More than 25 years of experience working in leadership roles in international organisations
Following a successful HR career in international branded retail businesses, at the heart of fast paced growth, change, mergers and acquisitions at Burger King, The Walt Disney Company and Starbucks, I moved into an interim HR career in 2003. I worked with BP, Virgin, Avon, Henley Business School, QFBA, ISG, Jacques Vert; in all of these businesses I helped to bring order out of chaos and stability at times of major change and reorganisation.
Believing passionately that ‘people’ are the differentiating factor in successful organisations, I added coaching to my portfolio to help leaders develop their understanding of their impact on others and to reach their full potential.
My commercial understanding of how businesses work and acknowledged knack for ‘calling it as it is’ enable me to build challenging yet trusting relationships with my clients that lead to successful changes in behaviour and self-understanding.
Coaching helped me on my learning journey as a leader and it can help you too. Why not get in touch and talk to me about your needs?
